Overview
The Authority for Information on the Documents of the Former State Security (AIDSSH) is an independent public institution in Albania dedicated to preserving, administering, and providing access to the archives of the former State Security (Sigurimi). The institution promotes transparency, historical research, public awareness, and the protection of citizens’ right to access information related to the communist regime, contributing to democratic values and collective historical memory.
CodeIT collaborated with AIDSSH to design and develop a modern institutional website that reflects the authority’s mission, identity, and commitment to transparency and public service.
The project included the complete UI/UX design and website development, creating a responsive, accessible, and user-friendly platform that enables visitors to easily access publications, archival information, institutional news, events, and educational resources. Through this digital solution, CodeIT helped strengthen AIDSSH’s online presence while providing an intuitive and professional experience for citizens, researchers, and institutional partners.
